What is your pet's name and why did you pick it?

My Chinchillas:





TITO- He has a mustache like the cartoon Speedy Gonzales, but I couldn't remember the name at the time so I gave him the first Spanish/ Mexican name that I could think of.





SPUD- My husband likes potatoes a lot.

Reply:I have a hamster, and that was the first pet that is mine ONLY. I named her Lizzie because i have liked the name for a few years.





My family has a terrior/ chihuahua and her name is Lucky. She was a stray and she was lucky to be found.





We also have her daughter named Zoe. she was named that because when I was little my favorite cartoon and Zoe as a little sister, and she was my favorite character





We have a cat named Oreo because she is black on top and white underneith.





We have a cat named Desiree because we were in a parade with a dog from the stelter named that. She was the sweetest so we named our cat that.





My sister just got a Chihuahua named Chloe. She named her that pff the movie Beverly Hills Chihuahuas.
Reply:LARGE MARGE (dog): because she is only 8 pounds, so its just ironic. I heard the name on the radio.





DAISY (dog): she she very flowery and princessey.





SLINKY (ferret): when he walks he slinks around like a slinky. sometimes we call him "Stinky Slinky: because he has a musky smell.





BELLA (rat): the name means beautiful in italian, and she has gorgeous colour and markings.





JOSIE (rat): she's named after my old siamese kitty, Jozafine.





FEATHERTAIL (cat): named after my favorite character in WARRIOR CATS!





SPLASH (rat): she has a splash of creamy colour streaming down her back.





RIO (rat): she's black and white, so I was going to name her Oreo but because so many people call their pet Oreo, I shortened it to Rio.





Lily (rat): Because the texture of her naked skin reminds me of the petals on a flower.





Misty (rat): she has a very misty coloured curly fur.





RUBY (hamster): I don`t know, my sister named her!
Reply:Jake is my long-haired chihuahua, I named him that because he looks like a Jake and I've never met a Jake I didn't like!





My cats are Blueberry and Moonpie. Blueberry is white with black/brown tabby markings and she has one on her shoulder that is a perfect circle, and I call it her "blueberry". Moonpie is a super big, super fluffy brown, black and white Norwegian Forest Cat so her name is fitting as well!

Violet- guinea pig, she is pretty and dainty and so girly


Peanut- guinea pig, he is the color of a peanut


Cherry- dwarf hamster, she is tiny and loves her house which is shaped like a cupcake with a cherry on top


Pixie- beta fish, I bought her after I watched the tinker bell movie

Danger - dog, because he was so mellow, so we gave him an ironic name


Knight - dog, because he is hyper and also dark so it was like night and knight


Hannah - cat, my mom liked the name but he's a boy
Reply:i have 2dogs and there names are vinney and jack and thats the name when we got them. i have a cat named Heidi bc when she was a kitten she would hide. i have a gerbil named Sweet Tart and i named her that bc my fave candy and bc shes can be sweet and tart with me.
Reply:My new rats name is hope, i saved her, she was going to be snake food.


My second rats name is tickles because she's so sweet, kisses, and tickles me with her whiskers!


Third rat is Sugar Bear, She's sweet, like a teddy bear, and is dark.
Reply:Well, when I was little I named my hamsters Hamie because of that because of some show where there was some guy named Hamilton and they pretended he was a baby and so they called him Hamie. Haha
Reply:Sidothy (Sid for short) and Scrattybumhole (Scrat for short). I love ice age and I have extended their names to personalize them :P. They're rats and I luvvemm :). I love Tito's name :)

i had two other gerbils but apperantly cedar bedding is deadly so i dont have them anymore. So when i got my new one Cedar just sounded like a neat name
